All watches accepted for evaluation, regardless of age (subject to parts availability).
No prior disassembly by non-qualified personnel.
Genuine parts preferred, aftermarket parts considered on a case-by-case basis.
Valid identification may be required for certain high-value timepieces.

If this is your first time having your watch serviced with us, a thorough inspection and diagnostic assessment will be performed.

Please keep in mind that there are several reasons your watch may not be able to be serviced, usually related to part availabilty, or condition of watch.

Preparation Tips

Before bringing your watch in for service, consider these points:

Avoid extreme temperatures 24 hours before your service.
